George Anderson & Sons

A family run business now in its fourth generation, George Anderson & Sons is one of Scotland’s largest independent distributors of fresh produce, and supplies 100 Princes Street with the highest quality fruit and vegetables.

Yester Farm Dairy

Hand-making everything on the family farm, ensuring the freshest possible produce for its customers, Yester Farm Dairies is run by husband and wife team Simon and Jackie McCreery, who ensure that their cows enjoy time on the East Lothian pastures, while also being fed a nutritionally balanced diet.

Belhaven Smokehouse

Owned and managed by two close, long-standing friends, the smoked salmon supplied to 100 Princes Street by Belhaven Smokehouse is dry cured for up to 48-hours using a varying mix of salt, sugar, spices and botanicals, which draw out moisture and infuse incredible flavour.

Edinburgh Butter Co.

Following traditional methods of production to capture the texture and flavour of how butter used to taste when time, effort and care went into producing it, the Edinburgh Butter Co. supplies the hotel with silky slow-churned butter that is deep and rich in flavour.

John Gilmour Butchers

A third-generation family business based in East Lothian and established in the 1940s, using the skills and experience built up over more than 80 years of trading, John Gilmour Butchers supplies 100 Princes Street with the finest British meats.

Croxford and Saunders

Upon entering the hotel, guests are immediately invited on an artistic voyage, marked by an array of artworks including bespoke pieces by the notable decorative arts specialists, Croxford and Saunders. Among these, a hand-painted mural, celebrating the daring spirit of Scottish explorers.
