"While the hotel is beautiful and immaculate, the staff make it the special place that it is. From the dining room staff for breakfast and at least one dinner to the doormen, the barkeeps, and the managers, every individual was warm, friendly, helpful, highly professional, and very knowledgeable. (I only wish I'd kept a list of everyone's names!) We had great conversations and helpful tips from all, including for great walks, places to visit, and of course bars and restaurants."
