Malcolm began his hospitality career as a kitchen porter in Aberdeen. After swiftly working his way through the ranks, he became deputy GM of Speyside’s Craigellachie Hotel. By 2004, Malcolm was General Manager of The Rubens at the Palace, Hotel 41 and Bbar. Today he oversees these and 100 Princes Street and is driven by Forbes five-star standards.
