Our Executive Chef

A talented, motivated and innovative culinary creator, Wilhelm began his career as a trainee chef at historic De Volkskombuis in Stellenbosch, where he spent seven years creating a wealth of classic South African cuisine with contemporary flair in the process before moving to Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat. Wilhelm strives to produce delicious simple fare with a modern twist.
